My sister-in-law recommended this cleaning company when I moved in to my new apartment in Minneapolis. This is my first time using any type of cleaning services. So far, I like the work they have done in my 3 bedroom apartment. I am not familiar on how other cleaning companies do the job, but I've noticed that the ladies who clean are very detail oriented, they make sure everything is organized which I really like. Had service out to clean apartment vacated by tenant of 20+ years. Beautiful job !! The place looked as if walls, tiles, fixtures, woodwork, cabinets, handles, appliances, ect... were brand new !! Smelled wonderful and looked SO CLEAN !

See above. My house is a town home with three floors, but layered up & not spread out. They compleated a great cleaning in two hours. The microwave was cleaned, all waste baskets were emptied, I requested a quote for monthly cleaning from the team that came last month.

High quality, fast, and very professional and kind
I bought a groupon for Professional home cleaning when I was leaving my parents house when living there as an adult during a transition.
Since I'm pretty much a slob, or when I'm not often seem accident prone lately, I was hoping to have them clean the room I was staying in, and as much other area as was possible in the time for my groupon.
They did a great job, and were very patient and forgiving of even piles of things they needed to move to clean in one area. Not only was the room able to be completed, but also the entire upstairs was vacuumed, dusted, and bathrooms (2) cleaned.
I don't know that I knew any better, but later found out through my sister that my mom thought it was the cleanest her house had ever been!
I have since gotten a few more groupons for cleaning my apartment, and have found it rare to have someone able to do so much so well.
(It seems often the whole groupon is used to clean one or half a room well)
Thank you again for the beautiful professional, quick work, and your patience with me being a bit underprepared also.

Fantastic Service!
I originally hired them to clean a duplex I moved out of and they did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. We moved into our new house and I had been bugging my husband to get a cleaning service simply because both of us have more than full time jobs and six kids to deal with, so we have limited time to actually clean our house. We bit the bullet and hired them to come through twice a month. It's the best money we spend all month. They do a fantastic job with our house and we love coming home to a clean house every other Friday. The house is spotless and it smells clean, from top to bottom. They typically send two or three gals to come through our house and it only takes a couple of hours to clean our 2500+ square foot home. I couldn't be happier with their service. Absolutely fantastic!

on august 7th 3 ladies came to my house at 8 am to clean.ive had them out before (been using their services for about 2 year)but usually only 2 ladies.they got to work cleaning,vacuuming ,dusting ,mopping etc.They did a great job and it only took about 1 hour and 15 min. because there were 3.it was great and so fast.

Great Cleaning Service!
I hired Professional Home Cleaning, Inc. to clean an apartment that was vacated by a 93 year old gentleman. I was his guardian, and the apartment hadn't had more then a light cleaning in 15 years. Lots of greasy cabinets and appliances, filthy oven, dirty shower, cobwebs, dust, dirty windows, etc.
PHC sent over 4 cleaners, who did an amazing job of cleaning the apartment. The windows sparkled, the appliances shown, the oven was clean (a miracle). They even cleaned the light fixtures. The management company of the complex was very happy, and my friend received 100% of his security deposit back.
The cleaners arrived on time, were very nice, and went to work immediately and diligently. It took them about an hour to completely clean the apartment. They did such a good job that I gave each of them a tip.

I had a move out cleaning done for 250. for a one bedroom apartment. Apartment was empty. Three ladies showed up early and were there for 60-90 minutes.
They did a thorough job with everything. My hope is to get all of our deposit back. I assume we will based on the cleaning. I am very impressed and happy with the service and would use them again.
I had done some shopping around for move out clean. This is within the range of what people charge.

My first house cleaning
The 2 gals Guadalupe and her partner arrived early, which I so love.
They had their cleaning supplies and really did not need a lot of guidance. I believe they have a set routine of what they do or don't do.
Very very pleasant, but because of the language barrier I had an incredibly hard time communicating with them; how long will you be here? Would you like water, are you allowed tips?
Because I wanted to give them some space while working, I didn't pay attention to a lot of the details. My house "felt" clean and I would definitely have these 2 back. The time of 4:30 was just too late...I would not do that time again. I was also surprised that the house was cleaned in 2:10 hours.

I love these ladies, pictured. I also have had good luck with many of the teams randomly assigned to my home. I understood I could ask for my regular team, as I've been a client since, what, 2013?. In any case, I was super surprised to hear today that since my regular day is Monday, (Memorial Day), that no other appointments are available to substitute this week. I really expected you to have a better plan for me than nothing.

2 ladies came to my house right at 11 am(on time)they mopped,vacuumed,dusted and just general cleaning,they did a great job and were at my house for about an hour and a half.i only have professional house cleaners clean my house -I have had others and they didn't do a good job or didn't show up or call.these people always come and call if they will be late.try them you wont be disappointed.

They did a thorough job on the main floor but missed a bathroom downstairs
The main bathroom I use is on the lower level and it didn't look like they even looked downstairs. So that didn't get cleaned and was a bit disappointing but otherwise it was a nice treat to come home to a freshly cleaned house. I wasn't clear with my instructions so the fault was probably more mine than theirs.

What product was used on the laminate flooring?
Anything they cleaned was done very professionally!
I discussed what I wanted done and I even printed out a list. However, there was miscommunication about what they could do, like scuffs on the hallway wallpaper. So then they cleaned other areas I hadn't planned on and then it was not complete, because they really didn't have time to do the downstairs bedroom, family room and TV area. Now I have been going around to see what needs to be finished.
The two women were pleasant and did not waste a minute. I am very happy with their cleaning. I just wish I spoke Spanish so I could communicate better.

Professionals who know what to do and do it well
Alexandra and Guadalupe returned on my invitation almost a year since the last time (kind of Spring cleaning I guess). They worked me into their schedule very quickly to do all the things that an old bachelor lets slide over time, yet they have not tried to pressure me into a more frequent contract. I called several cleaning companies and Professional Home Cleaning was the only one to call me back. They quickly answered my questions and scheduled am appointment around my time constraints. The cleaning was a bit expensive but was done very well. We had them do a "move out" cleaning. They cleaned every corner (including the garage) and it looked great. I would suggest them to everyone. The only drawbacks were they accidentally unplugged something we had charging (not a big deal) and the price was a bit more than desired.

I have used this company twice. The first time they were on time, spent two hours, were very thorough and the house looked great. The second time they were more than an hour late, didn't notify me of the delay, and then spent only an hour in my house rather than two. I was pretty amazed at how clean everything looked in just an hour, but I did find things that were missed. All in all, they do a very good job and yes, love that they bring everything with them. Their vacuums are amazing and get all the pet off my furniture!

Consistent, reliable, professional clenaing services
I have tried several cleaning companies throughout the years, from the national brands to the small, local companies. This is the only company that has consistently provided incredible customer service across the board, from scheduling a cleaning date and time to the completion of the work. The have never missed or canceled a cleaning, they have never been late, scheduling is incredibly easy and they respond within minutes. As for the actual cleaning: they do a great job. There are always few extras thrown in that are unexpected but very much appreciated. It is evident that they take pride in their work. They didnt speak english but did a great job cleaning
They came about 15 minutes after scheduled time but 4 people came in and went to work and cleaned deep cleaning and did a very thorough good job. i WAS VERY HAPPY TO ARRIVE BACK TO CLEAN APARTMENT. I am happy they worked with my payroll company to work out the payment information so it could be paid out to them directly rather then from me. I will schedule another cleaning in one month and then ongoing. I do prefer they offer a way to communicate at least by phone with the office in english if i have questions but they did what was needed so no real need to talk. No dust or dirt remained anywhere. very happy

They were the best guys I could ever imagine! They came in and worked from early morning to after dark and they never stopped to eat during that time. I offered them food and they kept working. I was in a tough spot trying to move and pack and they came to my rescue. They did such a good job in such a short time and I would use them again if needed! They took the burden off my shoulders!

Most of the time the crew is prompt, courteous, and detail-oriented. However, this past week, we are quite certain that the amount of black dog hair on our family room carpet was an indication that they did not vacuum that room. Disappointing to see, especially when taking into consideration that the homeowner had to leave the house due to an appointment that could not be broken. At least nothing was stolen ... so I guess all is not bad.

Could not be happier!
This company did a deep-clean for a move-out for me. I was moving across the country, and my move had hit several snags. They came on very short notice and did a great job cleaning an apartment that had been occupied for eights years. They were quick, friendly, and very economical. The husband and wife, they make a great team. I hurt my back about three days before he showed up to clean my mom's garage. I wanted to help the guy because we had tons of giant crap my mom should have gotten rid of YEARS ago, but I tried helping with the John Deere mower and couldn't. I was embarrassed that I couldn't help the guy with, like, twenty years on me, but he didn't make a deal out of it at all. Not only did he come from about fifty miles away, he did the best job ever cleaning house when he got there. All the giant stuff was removed without incident, AND the floor was swept spotless. My mom's garage never looked better and I am very grateful for the help. I am in the process of getting my mom to not have a hoarder house and plan to enlist these guys in the future. They're my guys now.

We have been using Details for a few years now and Team 8 (Yerandi and Maria) are the best cleaning crew we have ever had clean our house. They are so friendly and always do a super fabulous job. There are occasionally special areas we want them to focus on, and without a doubt they go above and beyond making sure those areas (and all of the normal areas!) are hit. They are also very detail oriented, making sure to clean, for example, all of your wood blinds, under the cabinets in the kitchen, etc. whereas previous cleaning companies were always trying to cut corners. Maria always checks in at the end to have us do a walk-through which we appreciate. The office staff at Details is great also - very easy to work with and truly care about their customers. Keep up the great work!

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING!
I hired them to do a move-out clean in the townhouse I was renting. They did such an awesome job! The stove/oven looked it was brand new! The fridge was moved out and cleaned behind and under, as well as the stove. Windows were streak free, air vents cleaned. They even cleaned the washer and dryer. They cleaned things that I never would have thought to clean myself. And they did it all in under 2 hours! I can’t say enough good things about the job that was done and the people that did it. I would hire them again in a second. They did such a good job the landlord had no choice but to give me my entire deposit back. :-)

A surprisingly good job in a short period of time. They worked fast and efficiently.
2 ladies came and when they told me they would be done in less than 2 hours I was skeptical because my house was really dirty. I had been out of town and had a house sitter who was less than clean. I did have to make a point to ask them to clean laundry room floor because they did not do that the first time even though I had asked. I made sure EVERYTHING was up off the floor including rugs; and I also made sure there was nothing on counters, tables etc. and I think that helped the process a lot. My house looked and smelled clean when I arrived home. I really like having a team because in the past when I have hired one person it can take a long time.

We got a Groupon for these services--they promised 2hr of cleaning services. The two ladies who came worked quickly, efficiently, and did an amazing job. They cleaned our 2300 sq ft home in 1hr 45 min, and in a way that it hasn't been cleaned before. They lifted every mat, vacuumed the couch, and somehow got the stains out of our very old sink and kitchen counters. I have very high standards for cleaning (which is why my husband got me this Groupon:), and these services exceeded my expectations. My husband walks around pondering how they got the stains out of the kitchen counters. We are seriously discussing getting this company to clean our house monthly, even at full price.

I was impressed with Professional Home Cleaning
I was so impressed with Professional Home Cleaning. They did a truly amazing job at a very reasonable price. I have had other cleaning services in the past that just skimmed over the surface; well they got into back corners, under, and behind EVERYTHING. They cleaned stuff I didn't even know could be cleaned, and all in just 2 hours! The staff were amiable and trustworthy - we weren't home when they cleaned and they carefully cleaned all our electronics and jewelry and put everything back in its place. I will have them back for sure. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my house cleaning service

my house cleaning experience
the 2 girls came right on time.I showed them what I wanted done in each room.they got to work.they dusted,mopped,vacumed and generally did a great job.all I had to do was put my rugs back an put back some furniture that I move,The professional cleaner have been to my home many time and they are the best.I have had others out and they do a poor job.
